We should provide more opportunities for recycling (improve amount of plastics, increase opportunities for food cartons). These should be accessible without needing a special car journey, or indeed any car journey, ie. add to kerbside collections. Then we should provide an incentive so that we pay for the amount of waste we throw away (ie. in black bins). In Scuol, in Switzerland, you can only put out rubbish for collection... | Read more...
