Subway If we did have unitary government what would you want to do with the possible £16 million of annual savings?

For example, give money back to council tax payers? Build a ramp at Gloucester railway subway to make it disability compliant? Do you support Parmjit’s proposal to use the money to help build a modest new stadium on the threatened Javelin Park site, providing a new a new home for Gloucester City FC alongside an 8 lane athletics track?
